PHYSICAL Laptop Issues - Please print out the RSD Device Repair Request Form and complete all questions with as much detail as possible. Take the form to the building office (ONLY return your power cord IF you are having a power related issue) and swap the machine out for a Student Loaner machine. We will return your machine as soon as possible.
