Welcome to Riverview School District!

  1. We’re excited to welcome you and your child to the Riverview family! Whether your child is starting Kindergarten or transferring from another school, we’re here to make the registration process as smooth and simple as possible.

    Required Documentation

    Proof of Residency:
    One of the following documents must be provided:
    1. Original lease or deed signed by both parties
    2. Mortgage payment booklet or mortgage statement that includes name, current address and contact information of the financial institution.
    3. Agreement of Sale, followed by original copy of settlement papers within 45 calendar days of settlement
    4. Plus any two of the following:
    5. Valid driver’s license or change of address card with your current address
    6. Valid vehicle owner’s card with your current address
    7. Utility bill or Utility Activation Statement within 30 days in your name with your current address (energy, water, sewer, gas, oil, cable)
    8. Pay check stub within 30 days with your current address
    9. Tax bill (most recent) with your current address
    10. Homeowners/renters insurance bill with your current address

           Proof of Child's Age:
            The child’s name must match his/her proof of birth.

    1. Birth certificate;
    2. Notarized copy of birth certificate;
    3. Baptismal certificate;
    4. Copy of the record of baptism – notarized or duly certified and showing the date of birth;
    5. Notarized statement from the parents or another relative indicating the date of birth;
    6. Valid passport;
    7. A prior school record indicating the date of birth.

            
All registration takes place at the Riverview Central Office (neighborhood school if necessary) by appointment. Please call  412-828-1800 (option #9) or email  [email protected] to schedule your enrollment meeting. You can fill out the registration forms during your appointment or save time by downloading and completing them beforehand.
