About Mrs. Rapp:
I have been teaching at Verner Elementary for 18 years. I have taught both Kindergarten and First Grade, and was a Title I Early Childhood Phonemic Awareness teacher as well. After graduating from St. Vincent College, I continued on to The University of Pittsburgh for graduate study and received my Elementary Education Teaching Certification.
