Happy School Year!!
I'm so excited for this school year and look forward to sharing my love of reading with our Verner students and families!
I began my teaching career in Fairfax County, Virginia after graduation from Penn State University. 4th grade in Virginia was wonderful but life brought me back to Pittsburgh in 2009 along with earning my Reading Specialist certification through Edinboro University.
In 2010 I was fortunate enough to be hired by Riverview School District and I have been loving every year here! I started in second grade and have since been moved to Title I Reading where I have found my niche! I love what I do and I love working with the amazing students and staff at Verner Elementary!
