Bonjour! I graduated from Norwin High School in 2002. After graduation I attended The University of Pittsburgh, where I received a Bachelor's of English Writing with a focus in Travel Journalism and a second Bachelor's of French Language and Literature. After, I received my Masters of Education from California University of Pennsylvania, becoming certified to teach both English 7-12 and French K-12.
I studied abroad with Semester at Sea, traveling all over Scandinavia and Russia. This sparked my love of travel and peaked my interested in living and working overseas. My first teaching job was at a Middle school and High School in
Breil-le-Vert, France, about an hour north of Paris.
Upon arriving back in the states I accepted in position at Quaker Valley Middle School, as their French teacher and now I am excited to be teaching here at Riverview!
