Acquire A Skill

The beauty of Nature is all around us. What is your favorite part of the outdoors?

Write a poem, song or story about what you like best in Nature

When finished, share it with a family member, classmate online, or meJ.

Here is a story to help you think about Earth Day and Nature

Build A Habit

Showing gratitude for Nature and all it gives us is so important.

What can we do to show that we are thankful for Nature?

Draw a picture of what you are most grateful for in the environment.

Share your picture with others and discuss why it matters to you.

Listen To Another

What is a Nature saying to you? Have you ever stopped to listen to

the beautiful songs of Nature? Go outside and take time to listen to the natural sounds of nature around you.

What’s your favorite- birds, wind, or rain?

Here is a link to nature sounds in case you want to listen more:

Exercise Your Body & Mind

Nature can help you stay fit and strong! Besides walking or jogging,

try yoga and be a tree. Or sing along to an old-favorite song while doing the motions.
