My Biography
I have been happily teaching at Tenth Street School for the past 13 years with two wonderful teammates. I am a native Pittsburgher and proud of it. A true city girl, I originally grew up on the North Side in the Mexican War Street area. Not wanting to venture far from home, I attended Clarion Univeristy and graduated with a degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. There I developed my love of travel through the meeting of people from all walks of life. I have been to the Middle East, Europe, and Australia. Spending time with my family and friends is also something I enjoy! I am married with two children. Caroline is 8 and and Michael is 5 and both attend St. Bede School in Point Breeze. I hope to have a wonderful year with your child. I know it will be one full of growth and new opportunities to better themselves and not to mention...have fun doing it!
