Oakmont's own Jonathan Auxier recently shared his newest title in The Vanished Kingdom Series, The War of the Maps, with students in grades five through seven. It was a special opportunity to bring together students from all three buildings in the district to learn not only about the book series, but also about Mr. Auxier's career as a writer. Students had the chance to ask insightful questions and at the end they were dazzled by his impressive yo-yo skills.
