December Riverview Jr-High Town Hall Marked by Acts of Generosity and Fun!
Riverview Junior High closed out the 2023 school year with a day filled with fun, giving back, and teamwork! Students rotated through different stations which included playing games, writing cards for Veterans, creating winter crafts for a local adult daycare center, and using a green screen. They then participated in team dodgeball games and wrapped up the day with our December Town Hall.

During our Town Hall we recognized our November Student of the Month, Sophie Yahnke, and our December Recognizing Raiders (listed below), who were recognized under the theme of leadership. Each homeroom then participated in a lip sync battle. We saw some amazing performances and were so proud of each homeroom for organizing and performing!

After a difficult deliberation from our judges, Mrs. Evanchec's and Mr. O'Malley's homerooms won 3 points each for best performances and Mrs. DeLuca's and Mrs. Reck's homerooms won 3 points each for most entertaining lip syncs. Mrs. Morgans' homeroom received 2 points for getting the most students involved and for being the best audience. The remaining homerooms earned one point for getting up on stage and performing!
