New Scoreboard at Tenth Street Elementary!
Raiders at Tenth Street Elementary have another reason to smile!
Recently, the scoreboard at the Tenth Street gymnasium was replaced with a brand new sign!! It includes the yellow flare we all know and love and was generously funded by the Riverview Athletic Association.
The new sign was years in the making – RAA Board President Stephen Talpas said discussions to replace the scoreboard started pre-pandemic! Plans kicked into overdrive at the end of last year and the sign was installed in time for the new academic year.
“We’re grateful for the working relationship we have with the school board and with Dr. English,” Mr. Talpas said. Finding ways that will benefit student athletes and the greater community is the goal for everyone involved!
