Technology and Student Material Distribution Dates/Times


The excitement of a new school year is upon us! As summer winds down and we officially begin the school year on Thursday, August 27, we have a few important updates regarding the distribution of technology and materials. All safety procedures will be followed when students come on their listed days, including the requirement to wear masks at all times, social distance, and a strong recommendation to wash hands frequently. 



For Jr-Sr High School Students:


On Thursday, August 27th and Friday, August 28th students will come to the Jr-Sr High school to pick up books and other materials (including computers for those that indicated on the tech survey that there was a need). There will also be asynchronous classwork assigned for these 2 days. 


Students should report to the school at the times listed below with their schedule and a backpack or other bag. They will follow their schedule, report to their classrooms where teachers will have their materials on a table in the doorway to the classroom. Students will pick up their materials from the table with no contact and follow their schedule until all materials are obtained. Students who reported the need for a computer will go to the gym and follow the signs to get their computers. For Tenth Street Elementary Students: 


Computer pickup for those who filled out our technology survey will take place from 8-11:30 am on Wednesday, August 26 in the school gymnasium. 


Materials/book pickup occurs Monday, August 31 and Tuesday, Sept. 1. The schedule is as follows:

For Verner Elementary Students: 


Computer pickup for those who filled out our technology survey will take place from 1-4 pm on Wednesday, August 26 in the school cafeteria. Students whose last name begins with the letters A-J are scheduled for 1-1:45; K-R is scheduled for 2-2:45; and S-Z is scheduled for 3-3:45.


Materials/book pickup occurs Monday, August 31 and Tuesday, Sept. 1. The schedule is as follows:
