Riverview Jr. High and Elementary Students Join for Book Buddies
March 12 marked the second Jr. High Book Buddies event of the year. Students from the junior high school traveled to Verner and 10th Street and buddied up with
elementary students for this enriching shared literacy experience! Book buddies discussed our shared book, Abdul's Story, read and examined other books, and even colored bookmarks. This event was a fantastic way for Riverview students to practice literacy skills while engaging in important social and emotional learning. We look forward to the next Book Buddies event in the fall of 2025!
