The conference was an opportunity for over 900 students from five different countries to collaborate and discuss historical topics and current world issues.  Riverview's team included Tyler Aber, Nick McShea, Liam Gaynor, Ben Brumbaugh, Sydney Reyes, Patrick Scott, Calvin Hogate, and Grace Ison.  All members of the team were immersed in interesting scenarios to mimic past historical events such as the Chinese Civil War and Russian Revolution or asked to deal with current issues facing the diplomats of the world such as Cyber Terrorism and International criminals.  Two members of the RSD team received award recognition for their work at the conference.

Calvin Hogate - Third Place Honorable Delegate as the United States in NATO

Congratulations to the entire team for another great experience at PMUNC.  The team has now earned six awards for the 2016-2017 season and will next participate at the Model European Union Conference on December 9 and the Columbia Model United Nations Conference on January 12 - 15, 2017.
