I have been teaching Family and Consumer Science at the High School since 2002. Prior to my appointment, I taught Home Economics, as well as Hotel Keeping and Catering for 17 years in South Africa. I studied at the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal, where I obtained my teaching diploma in Home Economics with a degree in Bachelor of Science, together with a minor in teaching Physical Science.
